Charlotte joined The Austin Allen Company in 1978. She is a Certified Personnel Consultant. Her number of years in the recruitment business speaks to her success and abilities to recruit and place highly qualified individuals.
Charlotte has won numerous awards over the years, including The Recruiter of the Year award.
Charlotte has successfully completed searches for Accountants, Designers, Engineers, Human Resources, Manufacturing Management, Materials / Purchasing / Supply Chain, Quality Control with a wide range of companies that include Automotive Components, Durable Consumer Products, Electrical Components, Food and Machinery.
Outside the office Charlotte is married and has 4 children. She loves traveling and enjoys winning at the slot machines.
