Martha joined The Austin Allen Company in 1989. She has achieved success in all phases of her career. Martha has won several achievement awards including Consultant of the Year award. Prior to joining AAC Martha was in outside sales and teaching.
Martha has successfully completed searches for Accountants, Engineers, Human Resources, Manufacturing Management, Materials / Purchasing / Supply Chain, Quality Control, Six Sigma Black Belts with a wide range of companies that include Automotive Components, Durable Consumer Products and Machinery.
Martha is married and has 2 children and 4 grandkids. She loves gardening and outdoor activities.
