Scott started his successful career at the Sales and Marketing Division of Warner Brothers/Time Warner in Atlanta, GA. Then he went on to create and run the Internet Sales Division at both Volvo and later BMW. At each organization he was awarded Top Performance Awards month after month.
Scott combines his knowledge and experience in recruiting with a strong passion and sense of urgency for his clients. His desire to match the right person to the culture, core values, and beliefs of his clients has enabled Scott to maintain an extremely high level of client satisfaction. Being part of the Austin Allen organization, Scott has access to a large database of cream-of-the-crop candidates who are selectively considering new opportunities.
He is concentrating his recruiting efforts in the areas of Engineering, Manufacturing Management, Materials and Human Resources.
