This Lean Six Sigma Black Belt will identify process improvement opportunities and lead, manage, and execute projects from conception through to completion. The position will be responsible for various functions in plant operations. Will be heavily involved in Lean Manufacturing working on Cost Saving and Process Improvement projects, utilizing Six Sigma, DFSS, Lean and other process improvement tools. The individuals will work closely with the Plant Managers and the Corporate Directors of Six Sigma on selecting the projects and the plans for implementation of those projects.

The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (SSBB) is responsible for leading and managing transactional and manufacturing / operational process improvement projects in manufacturing operations. The projects will focus on Plant Operations. This position will be working with business leaders to identify ways for continued process improvements. Will promote and build synergy among functions.
